This is day trading psychology for many traders:

“What I need to fix is ME!”

That's what I hear as often as anything else when people come to me for help with their trading

They've got a system that they feel pretty good about

• chasing trades that aren't part of the system

• taking a loss on one trade and then immediately jumping back into the market even though there aren't any valid setups, just to get back in and try to make back what you just lost
