It's not a best-seller, but I pay attention to the ‘discoveries' that I'm led to and this one has been very cool indeed.  Now onto the article…

How would you like a fresh, simple and very practical look at how your feelings relate to your actions?

I just finished a not-very-well-known book which has a wonderfully straightfoward perspective on psychology in general, but one which also has particular meaning for traders.

It's a very enjoyable read, and I also love the author's sense of humor with the chapter titles.  For example, “Have Yourself a Happy Trauma”  and “How to Be a Paranoid” are hard to beat.

Funny thing is, the titles are very appropriate to the content and useful to you when you discover what he's talking about.

Now speaking of titles, this one sounds very ‘New Age' but it's not at all.  It's very practical and down-to-earth.
