For those of you not already familiar with Robb, he is the head trader/owner of Maverick Trading and Maverick Currencies, a US based proprietary trading firm that has been in business since 1997.   Robb started trading professionally in 1997 after a year or two of dabbling in the early days of online trading.   As the head trader overseeing hundreds of traders, his main focus has been in Trading Psychology over the last 15 years as that is the #1 thing causing traders to struggle/fail.  

In addition to having written the book, “Maverick Trading: Proven Strategies for Generating Greater Profits” and running a prop firm, there are a couple of things that are unique to Robb.  The fact that he prioritizes psychology is nothing new, but what Robb has done differently is he actually developed the Trader Personality Test and we’ll find out about that today.  Robb also makes the strong assertion that the exit is where the pros succeed.  He even has gone so far as to demonstrate this with his Flat Earth Tradin Society Youtube Channel, where places trades that are completely random.
